injecting my hgh after workout is a good idea?

Hi there everyone. Not so long ago I have been recommended by a friend of mine to use my hgh right after (immediately) after I had the workout, followed by my post workout carbs as well as protein around 45 minutes later.
What I would like to find out is other people input/ opinions about this whether does this sound to be like a good idea or not. Also not sure if this changes anything but I should mention that I am drinking an intra workout carb/ eea blend, and then my post workout carbs would be like 45 minutes post hgh injection.
As for my friend who has recommended this, of course he does it this way (otherwise he wouldn’t recommend I guess, lol) and he does it for a while now and he does loves it. however I am still not very sure as there’s a part of me that still is thinking that it would be the best way to just use it in the early morning. So, having all of this said, what you can recommend? Do you think my friend’s recommendation is worth following? Hello there. you need to keep in mind that blood serum it is being supposed to be approximately 3 hours or so after the IM injection. This is the reason why I would recommend you to think about doing it an hour pre workout as to me it does sounds to be the best idea out there. can’t actually understand what’s the point of doing it 45 after you’ve already finished your workout…August 4, 2017 at 8:19 am #2362GastonParticipant

To be honest I am thinking that we are getting way too caught up in this timing stuff and even if this does makes any changes, it is no really big at all.
The IFBB pro that I have spent some time with has been just so so haphazard with everything that it blew my mind… there are, in fact, absolutely no special protocols or drug secrets because all of this, even if it changes anything, it changes a bit. To be honest, I have to say that I also strongly believe that this is true either! But to be honest, I just do not want to use it at a time of the day which might have some long term side effects that could be somehow avoided in case I do it in a different time. and also the same applies with the dosages as I think that it is exactly as important. I wouldn’t want to get long term side effects because of the dosage (nor because of the time of the day I use it) when I could change the dosage and avoid it. thank you very much guys for giving your opinon.August 7, 2017 at 1:39 am #2366DavIDParticipant
Anyway, if you’re so worried about the time injecting then most sources say that it is the safest to do in the morning… and yeah, I also do it… I inject it… it’s the first thing that I do in the morning.. at least that’s what I am doing…August 7, 2017 at 2:06 am #2367superintentParticipant
From as much as I know, the morning shots are the best ever idea and timing to pin them and that’s since it is being recommended by most of the top rHGH makers out there and since nearly all of them recommend this then I think that this is for some good reasons. If you are going to refer to their website then you are going to find some information on that one. But anyway, you still should keep in mind that after all GH administration it increases IGF 1 in your blood gradually and over some time. this is the reason why I am strong believer that pre workout, either post workout, after lunch, before lunch, before going to bed or whatever they are all jut bro science and nothing more. Well… if I am using it in order to bulk I am going to inject it all in the morning before my workout, however I if I want to cut I am going to try and split it throughout the entire day in different dosages. For me I wouldn’t actually do as your friend told you… 45 minutes after the workout, at least to me, sounds to be like nonsense. For me, at 6 AM and pre workout it is the way to roll… so I would say that what you are thinking is actually better.
