I just have started to use HGH yesterday and I have been told by my trainer that I need to use I iu per day for the next 5 days as I am currently searching for getting a little bit more energy and, of course, to have the anti aging effect either, however, I am in a bit of confusion right now and that’s because the more I read about it (because I am trying to get as much information as it is possible) the more it seems to me that I should be using 2 iu per day instead of only one. plus to that, I have also been reading about cycles either and that’s something I’ve never heard of as I have not been told about any cycles by my trainer but I know that he has been doing this for more than a year now. so what I wanted to ask you is… do you think that I am still going to benefit from using it if I do not do a cycle and I would continue to use it every single day that is only 5 days per week, or do you think that I will be better if I am going to do a cycle of 2 iu per day for just a period of time? generally, what do you think about it at all? which is going to be safer and more beneficial for me? I need to know as much as possible as I am in my learning process so I think that any information can be helpful for me.

hi there. look, from as much as I know, anywhere between 2 to 4 iu a day it is the recommended amount for the anti aging process and for fat loss, that is why, I am not sure how 1 iu a day is going to work. I just know that it all depends a lot on your base line gh blood levels. plus to that, you’ve asked about cycles and that’s another question that I doubt I will be able to respond. the reason is that your cycle is going to greatly depend on your age, on your body weight, on the goals that you have and so on and so forth. that is why, I doubt that I can help you with more than this. also, I am not very sure if you can go without cycling if you take just one iu a day and how safe and beneficial it would be if you do so.
