As a recommendation to you, maybe you would find it helpful, I personally like JYM from Jim Stoppani, I think you should give it a try. If you’re wondering, it is 45% casein, 40% whey, 10% egg and 5 % consist of milk. There are no amino spiking and absolutely all of the flavors are tasting amazing, at least to my opinion and my taste (by the way, all of them except for the natural white chocolate raspberry – the only one I did not liked).
