Reply To: How to properly eat on HGH?

Well, I’ve always tried to stay away from carbs as much as I could and I always had a good timing out of it with good success. I’ve always followed a regimen of very high protein and low carbs so I’ve been following this regimen for a while now.
But as I said, I thought the reasons are obvious – not getting fat by eating those carbs. I’ve always been paranoid of getting fat and that I WILL get fat by eating lots of them. but as much as you can guess, through this regimen of very high protein but very low carbs it is very hard to get a lot of calories. From the research I’ve done (and I’ve done a lot of research on this) 3 filet mignon steaks are equal in a large slice of pizza calorie wise. And then there are people eating a whole pizza and fries afterwards. I’ve always thought that a single pizza is so full of carbs and calories that it would be enough to keep me a long time.
Anyway, in the end, I’m the one here asking questions so I do appreciate any of your help and I’m open for suggestions (otherwise I wouldn’t be here), so, could you please advise me? Do you think that I could get away with more carb foods in the time that I’m on HGH and not getting fat? As I said, I’m paranoid over this. I see guys with belly and I’m getting tremors. So, I’m currently searching for recommendations and advises on what I need to add to my diet, to your opinion. Thanks!
