By reading my post for the first time this might sound strange to you, I understand, however, in case you are currently in a “growth phase” and you’re currently having as you stated “a hard time to keep your weight up and you’re struggling with this” then why would the very simple answer be: eat more food than you do? Sounds easy to my opinion.
However, please, you’ve got to understand and realize that scale weight definitely does not automatically means that you’ve got lean mass as weight and lean mass, as you know, often are by far not the same. With this being said I just want to say that hopefully, you’re using more than this to gauge your progress. Good luck!
