For whatever it is worth it I am going to share my opinion and the way I do it. 100 mcg sub q before I am going to workout. However, I just know that in case it is LR 3 as you said, then it does not really matter very much on the timing you go with it. gotta mention here that I did IM in the past and to be honest, at least for me and my body, I do find the sub q to be better… superior compared to that one. With all of that being said, unfortunately, I do not really have anything to back up my words, I mean no blood test results or anything, and am eating, training and cardio are also superior now as well, but then again, at least for me. so anyway… just take it for whatever it is worth it. good luck with it.
